I first viewed Mike’s work after his home-sale installation at my daughter’s new home. He created an elegant solution to a difficult install, and the quality of the work was recommendation enough for me to call concerning my own remediation needs.
My needs involved connecting a never-used 26-year-old sub-slab radon piping system to an existing 2-story riser and then going through the roof. While it sounds simple, be aware that all of the previous Radon System work was done during the early part of the building process, and no one had any interest along the way in maintaining clear access.
Mike devised a plan, revised it as needed during the install, and reduced my air radon reading from 8.8 to an almost non-existent 0.3.

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. When I bought my house I tested for Radon in both air and water. The air was good, but my water tested high, I called several other companies and they all tried to price gouge me for some bubble up thing that cost 5 grand. Mike explained to me that my levels were low enough that I could use the system he installed at 1/2 the price. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10.
